- What we collect: on sign-up, your name, email address, encrypted password, date and IP address; while you browse, usage and device data and cookies; optional profile details.
- Why, and on what basis: your account (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), newsletters and personalisation (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)), statistics, security and replies to your messages (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Who receives it: our host O2switch in France, Google Analytics for statistics (with your consent), an email service provider, and 360 Horses Data (a group company being registered) for our shared contact database, hosted by Hostinger.
- Transfers outside the EU: the 360 Horses Data contact database is hosted in Malaysia, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses; some providers such as Google Analytics may process data outside the EU.
- No sale of data: we never sell, rent or hand over your data for marketing.
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to jean-thierry@equirider.fr or use your account. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live.
